How it works

We appreciate that you’ll want to get your bike back on the road as quickly as possible and commit to getting your bike returned in a speedy manner so you don’t miss out on any riding time. Rest assured we’ll keep you fully informed throughout the process.

Upon receipt of your bike we’ll conduct an assessment and initial safety check and contact you with the report on what work needs to be undertaken, what spare parts are required to complete the work (if any) and what the price will be. We won’t undertake any work until we get the go ahead from you.

All work is undertaken by an experienced, qualified bike mechanic. Trained to C&G Level 2.

Includes:

  • Full safety check
  • Gears checked, adjusted and indexed
  • Brakes checked and adjusted
  • Tyres checked and inflated
  • Chain de-greased and lubed
  • All bolts checked and torqued as per manufacturer’s instructions
 
*Excludes parts, additional labour charged for fitting of replacement parts

Includes: 

  • Full safety check
  • Bike cleaned
  • Drivechain removed, cleaned, degreased
  • Chain de-greased, cleaned and lubed
  • Gears checked, adjusted and indexed
  • Brakes checked and adjusted
  • Tyres checked and inflated
  • Rims inspected for wear
  • Headset adjusted
  • All bolts checked regreased and torqued as per manufacturer’s instructions
 
*Excludes parts, labour to fit replacement parts such as chain, cassette, chainrings, brake pads included in the price of service. Additional labour maybe charged for bottom bracket or bearing replacement
