Bike Fit
A bike fit ensures that your body and the bike are working together as one, enabling you to fulfil your riding potential
Why a bike fit helps.
Over the course of a 4 hour bike ride you can expect to generate a staggering 20,000* pedal revolutions. Due to this highly repetitive process, mostly in a fixed position, a poor body position on the bike will often lead to a loss of power and pedalling efficiency, overuse injuries and so called cycling induced aches and pains. Discomfort on the bike is not the norm, you shouldn’t have to put up with this, there is another way!
A bike fit ensures that your body and the bike are working together as one, enabling you to fulfil your riding potential. Whatever your cycling goal might be, training for a sportive, triathlon, TT, charity event, targeting a new PB on your local segment or riding pain free and without discomfort we’ll ensure that these goals form the foundation of your bike fit. During your bike fit we’ll do everything we can to help you achieve those goals.
The process doesn’t end when your bike fit finishes. All riders are welcomed back into the studio for a free follow up consultation to work through any final adjustments and fine tuning to their position. Please take us up on this if you think it’s required.

Insoles
We are proud to be working with G8 Performance Insoles to help your feet to become stronger, more stable and efficient when you cycle. Arch support is the primary and most important part to setting your feet up correctly and with 5 different arch heights, 11 different positions and an inbuilt metatarsal pad these insoles are perfectly placed to provide improved power transfer over a greater surface area, reduce foot numbness and pain and increase blood flow. 1 pair of G8 insoles is included in the price of your Comprehensive Fit.
Saddles
As part of our saddle test service we are really pleased to be working with Selle SMP saddles to bring you a selection of saddles that we can match to your physiology and preferred riding style. SMP Saddles are widely used by pro and elite level cyclists and are regarded as a market leader in delivering an ergonomic design intended for maximum freedom of movement on the saddle. The central channel ensures no compression in the perennial and prostate areas and the ‘Eagle Beak Tip’ allows for greater comfort in a low position. Here’s a selection of some of the saddles you can test ride at Sticky Bottle London.
